~Skip a week~

‘Daniel: Can I stop by quickly? I have a question’

I look at my phone confused, quickly typing back a reply.

I’m currently dancing around my room in my sports bra and spandex, occasionally cleaning my room.

I turn the music up a little more, blocking out all the outside noise.

A couple songs later my music is abruptly stopped. My head snaps towards the door to see Daniel’s figure leaning against the door, a soft smile on his face. My cheeks heat up immediately.

“Finally, some quiet. Goodbye” Cody sighs, walking out of my room.

“So, what’s your question?” I ask, sitting on the floor.

“I have this family thing that my mom is making me go to. And I um, I need a date for it” He says nervously.

“Daniel, of course I’ll go with you. You’re literally my boyfriend. No biggie” I laugh, kissing him on the cheek. I continue my cleaning, ignoring the feeling that he’s watching me.
