His gaze froze Charlotte’s blood and for a second, she feared for her safety, for her life. Even if he had a smirk on his lips, Nathaniel’s eyes were glassy and vicious.
“Shut your trap and listen to me!” he said softly, in a cold tone, grabbing her arm and pulling her towards him. “I have an envelope with some photos that I want you to give to your boss. You should do it without being seen by him, of course. Just leave it on his desk. Once he’ll see the photos, once he’ll see his beloved wife kissing another man, Shawn Grayson will experience the greatest pain of his life.”
