EMILIO'S POV

I sat down at the back of the car as I pondered over what Tom had said. All the while, my phone kept ringing from all the disturbances of Hailey. What in the name of the heavens was her problem.

She had asked for her freedom and I did give it to her freely and without questioning the contract. I took out my phone as I blocked her for good. I could not understand what the matter was and just then, my phone started ringing. It was one of the bodyguards at the hospital and I took the call.

"What is it?" I demanded angrily.

"He's regained consciousness, sir. I'm about to send it to the doctor." He said to me,

"I'm on my way." I said with the darkness I was used to manifesting itself again in me." Take the turn and head for the hospital."
