Chapter 07
Something sticky was touching my face, I wipe them off with my hands and slowly opened my eyes. It was still dropping, I opened my eyes fully, it was blood, blood was dripping on my face, I jerk up, I had slept off few meters away from the cave, I had slept under a tree.
I looked up and saw the blood was dropping off from the tree. What or who was there. I had to climb the tree to know who was there. I saw someone, wounded, he was lying on the tree, his eyes were closed and he was sweating profusely. I touched his forehead, I almost fell off as I misplace my feet. He was running temperature. I had to bring him down, I couldn’t lift him or carry him, so I pushed him, he fell right into the place I had slept in.
I had to climb down. And I did. Going to him, I squat and examine his wound, it was obviously from a fight.
