"You are the one who definitely said you picked it from a box, so how is it possible to be rigged?" Maverick asked as he dished out food on the dining table while I sat with my left hand on my chin, thinking about what happened yesterday.

"Yeah, I know that, but I definitely saw that lady smiling at me before I picked up the number. I definitely know something was wrong somewhere."

"Ok, is she supposed to be crying? No matter how much you try to say it, I can't think of a specific logic for that unless all the numbers in the box are the same."

"Then why is it that both Cassius and Mary always pick the same number for the past five years? Camile and her husband also used to pick the same number always, so there is definitely a hand pulling some kind of strings somewhere," I said as I used my right hand to pick up a fork and put it in my mouth, gritting my teeth on it.

Maverick moved closer to me and held the fork, asking me to let it go immediately, and I did so.
