As everyone left, Maxine brought her bag and suitcase back into her room on the second floor just as Ivan returned along with the two boards with the length Maxine wanted. He was tracking Maxine when the girl asked him to come to the second floor together.

"I'm sorry, I'm really troublesome," Maxine said with a shock she couldn't hide.

The girl even turned her head when Ivan didn't answer. "This is the first and last time I ask for help from you," she said.

Ivan nodded slowly. He placed a box containing a drilling machine as well as a longboard that he carried on the floor, after getting instructions from the homeowner.

"You're not leaving?" asked Ivan. His voice sounded stable and polite. Obviously, they want to keep limits because they are not close friends.
