The simple dinner that we were supposed to have, turned into a celebration after I told my family about my new job, it was so full of merriment that I had let myself loose for a while and joined in the fun. Seriously, it is always good when you have someone or family to share your happiness with. By the time I got home later in the night, Jake’s friends had left and thankfully, they managed to clean my house, at least it was better than it was when I came in that afternoon. Jake was sprawled on the couch, passed out and I ignored him and went straight to my room, I need to catch a good night sleep before starting my new job tomorrow.
