Her tear filled eyes wandered vaguely into the distant horizon, making her nostalgic about the good old days. It was almost evening yet she didn't leave her room except for meeting Mary for once.

Suddenly, Jane's body tensed as she felt a hand on her shoulder. She turned slowly, a slight sigh of relief escaping her lips.
