*ONE MONTH LATER*

"Nic you busy?" I looked up from my computer and smiled at Jackson who was standing on the doorway of Shane's office.
"Not really. Cmon in." He walked in and closed the door behind him, then sat down in front of the table.
"So we have this regular checkups we do every month, where we go around and see how things are going at all of our workplaces, warehouses, clubs and other places. So today is that day and since Shane is still in a coma, you're in charge of that as well."
I leaned back on the comfortable black leather chair and sighed out loud.
"Seriously?" He wags a finger

Nicole "Where to now?" I asked Jackson the minute we stepped out of the nightclub. "Our main underground fighting arena. It's not far, just a couple of blocks away from here." He replied while walking by my side, as we all approached the parked vehicles. "So we're only checking out the main places for today?" He shrugged while opening the passenger's door for me. "Just two places for today and then we're done." I smiled at him and then got into the car while he shuts the door behind me. NicoleI jumped out of the car the minute i pulled up in front of the house, and ran inside and yelled for Sofia."Where's Sofia?! Where the hell is she?" I yelled out in frustration the minute I saw Cameron walking down the stairs with a frown on his face."Woah calm down Nicole. What is going on with you?" I ran up to him and grabbed one of his arm after making sure that it was the one that wasn't injured."Cameron where's Sofia? Is Shane alright? What is going on?!" He placed a hand on my shoulder while telling me to calm down over again."Relax alright? Now tell me what's wrong?" I ran past him heading up the stairs while ignoring his shouts from below.

Nicole"Shane?" I knocked on his bedroom door and then pushed it open while looking in. I frowned when I saw him standing in front of the long body length mirror with his back turned towards it while staring over his shoulder at the long scar on the middle of his back where the bullet had hit him.I walked in and then closed the door behind me and wrapped my arms around him. He looked at me with a small smile on his face and then went back to staring at his back on the mirror."What are you thinking about?" I asked softly while tracing one finger on the scar."Just thinking how doc did a pretty good job on my back. Now every time I will take my shirt off. I'll always be reminded why I had that scar."

NicoleI stepped out of the car and stared excitedly at the huge private jet that was parked in front of me.
