Chapter 10

Sara breathed roughly as she arrived at the gates of the capital.

Now that the battle was over she was overwhelmed by the tiredness of her body.

Even if she decreased the amount of "Aura" as she got used to killing the vampires she still had almost none left.

She constantly had her aura wraped around her legs to boost her speed and agility and still used a bit of the one in her arms to activate the perforating ability of her claws.

She sat on the bloody ground to rest a bit and allow her body to regain her lost strength.

"You did a good job for your first time."

Lane arrived from behind her, smiling and carrying a plate of delicacies in his hand.

"So now you know why I told you that it was too dangerous?"

Sara nodded and answered shortly.

"If I had waited till when I had grasped about 10 percent of my bloodline powers I would have been able to take em' all on with ease".

Lane nodded.

Sara reviewed the battle she just had in hes mind as she was waiting for her body to recove
