Lia groaned. Good, she is awake and she is all healed up now. Sunlight strewn into the room through some open window. I called the pack doctor.

“Joe, close that shit.” I wasn’t supposed to cuss. I mean, I am supposed to be in control at all time especially in front of my pack members. I motioned to the window. He gave a bow and quickly went about doing my bidding.

“The light is fine.” Lia mumbled weakly but the window was already close.

“How are you doing?” My brows furrowed. I really should have Akita punished. So maybe I haven’t announced that Lia is the future Luna nor do I think I will be doing that anytime soon but it was no secret in the pack that Lia and I were screwing. Pardon my crude language.
