chapter 18: Hope he feels the same way

Aneesa's pov

I stared in shock with Xander in front of me, looking dashing as usual,with his black tuxedo and his hair gelled to the back neatly,as he knelt down on one knee,with a ring in a box pointed towards me, repeating the same question that I had seen beautifully written on the huge sign behind him.

"Will you marry me Aneesa?"I heard him ask again,when he saw I was still in shock of what he had just asked me earlier on.

I didn't know what to answer to him instantly,I mean I never in my wildest dream expected that there would come a time that I would see Xander kneeling before me proposing marriage to me,it all felt like a dream.
