Instinctively, I clenched my fists, not wanting him to see my wretched state.

I had stumbled and bumbled along this path, my once perfectly styled hair was now messy and disheveled, and my face, wet with tears, was pale.

Felix's face darkened.

He said grimly, "If you don't leave the Pack, are you just planning to form a mate bond with a stranger? Please listen to me. Leave the Pack for now, and after three months when Valentina and I break the bond, we'll hold our mating ceremony. This is best for everyone. Right?"

My eyes widened suddenly, I never expected Felix to say such a thing!

Felix really knew my pain, knew how to hurt me deeply with just a few words.

"Clara, please be patient. I'll give you the most spectacular mating Ceremony."
