“I can't believe you were with him for that long.” Sarah giggled and Kaylee nodded happily.

“Yeah, me too. I kept pinching myself to be sure I wasn't dreaming. Anytime he sees me doing that, he holds my hand and assures me it's real.” Kaylee squealed and Sarah laughed.

They were both having a free period and Kaylee decided to tell Sarah all about last night.

“Enough of that. How are you doing?” Kaylee asked with a stern look and Sarah sighed.

“I should be asking you the same question. Yesterday was crazy.” Sarah replied, Kaylee nodded in response and bit her lip as she thought about the whole situation again.

“Have you talked to Daddy?” Kaylee asked.

“Yes, last night.”

“And?”

“As much as it hurts, I will try to get over it. He has never made me feel like he wasn't my father, if Clara didn't say anything, I would never know.” Sarah said sadly and Kaylee placed a hand on her shoulder.

She pulled Sarah to herself and kissed her hair.
