Chapter 15

Alex's POV

Arriving at school, I immediately went in search of Sylvia. I wanted to apologise on Tasha's behalf. I went around her classes but didn't find her.

Maybe she's not in school today, I reasoned. I guess. Have to try another way, I thought to myself. On my way to my class, however, I bumped into Tasha.

"Hey..." she called out, but I didn't reply.

"You're ignoring me again? I said I'm sorry. You didn't even pick my calls. "

"Tasha, I'm not in the mood for all of this. Can you just let me go? "

"Not until I hear that you've forgiven me. " She stated. I scoffed and walked out. I'm not ready to deal with her yet.

I was on my way to my next class when I overheard Tasha and her friends. I normally wouldn't pay attention to them, but I stopped when I heard them mention something about Sylvia. I slowed down my steps but made sure I was within earshot.
