Phyros’s eyes are spitting fire… well, literally and figuratively, as he glared at Raeyan. Alf is his lover so Phyros is angry that Raeyan, who is also from the royal family, is not acknowledging his roots which is actually the Elhasa Kingdom – the place where Alf grew up, and is her home.

“You dared deny your blood!” Phyros frowned as his body, err, Vermeil’s entire body instantly was covered in fire. Surprisingly, the fire didn’t burn Vermeil’s skin, clothes, nor his hair.

This made Zedrick and Raine feel relieved. Even though Raine fought against Phyros earlier, he didn’t leave any bruises on Vermeil’s body. He still recalled that despite the soul inside, the body is not his lover, but the body is Vermeil’s. How can he hurt his lover? Raine greatly cared for Vermeil.

“I will teach you a lesson, even if you have the royal family’s blood!” Phyros said as he flew towards Raeyan. “On behalf of the princess!” he yelled as fire appeared on his hands while his eyes also burned with fire.
