Padilim ng padilim ang daang tinatahak namin. Unti-unti ring lumalamig ang simoy ng hangin. Nakakailang liko na kami ay wala pa rin ang kaharian ng mga Black. Pakiramdam ko ay niloloko lang ako ng uwak na 'to. Humigpit ang hawak ko sa renda dahil sa naisip kong ito.
Ititigil ko sana ang sinasakyan kong kabayo ng matanaw ko ang isang madilim na tunnel. Pumasok dito ang uwak. Nagdadalawang isip ako kung susundan ko ba ito o hindi dahil baka isa itong patibong. Masasabi kong mahaba haba ang tunnel na ito dahil halos 10 minuto ang inabot namin bago nakalabas.
