Chapter 13_"Want a hand?"

Alec's POV

When we arrived my secret mansion, I demanded that the girl I had brought with me be kept under strict supervision.

Jade was more than willing to do this, but I objected again.

When I asked her why she keeps stepping forward in regards to the strange girl, she said the girl reminded her of herself, when she was younger and lost in the world with no single place to be until I found her.

I told her she was different and for all we know, the girl may not be lost, but a spy or a devious creature in disguise and may be dangerous.

So I had them bring her up to my room and had the maids clean hair up fairly.

I instructed my private doctors to attend to her and mend her in any way they can.

She laid in bed for two days.

On the third day she woke up and looked stronger than I expected.

Her deep blue eyes shone in response to her glittering blue hair which has some strands of gold in it.

When she closed them, I ordered her to open it again.
