Few seconds into the competition, and she knew that Kayden wasn’t taking her seriously at all. Playing with her, at first he caught up to her, surpassing her by a meter or so before falling back and then catching up to her.

The process repeated again, and she glared at the man. Even though this was his way of spoiling her, she still felt irritated. He literally treated her to be an immature child.

Of course, Seraphine did want to mention how she could without him having to give in, but that would be far from the strength. This little race showed the disparity between their strengths and let Seraphine know that she was far too inferior compared o Kayden.

She contributed that to the longer period of training he had over her, which gave him a huge advantage.

“You’re being annoying!” Seraphine exclaimed upon noticing how he slowed down again, going behind of her.
