When Seraphine opened her eyes, she was greeted with the sight of Clayton in front of her and, instantly, closed her eyes, taking this to be a nightmare.
"Clayton's face is indeed a nightmare," she mumbled, letting out a groan.
In a drowsy state, she was determined to change the character in her dream when she turned to look the other way.
However, her wish wasn't accomplished as she felt a pinch on her cheeks which caused her to awaken from her stupor, and pain immediately caused her to open her eyes.
Her nose crinkled, and creases appeared between both of her eyebrows due to Clayton. She didn't understand why she needed to start a pleasant day by seeing his face first thing in the morning.
"Why are you here?" she questioned— her displeased mood showing.
