“Lavender, please tell me you told him no.” He asked me, his eyes demanding the truth.

“I tried,” I replied, setting down the two cups on the small garden table.

“What do you mean, you tried?” Easton said, sounding completely exhausted.

“Easton, don’t you know your brother? If he wants something, he gets it. There’s no way I could protest hard enough to change his mind,” I argued, my irritation rising. Nikon could wake up at any moment, and if he found me here, I had no idea what he’d do.

“So that means you’re just gonna go with him?” Igor gestured in frustration, pointing outward.

“What do you want me to do, then? I told him I don’t want to go. He won’t even tell me where he’s taking me.”

Lavender never sees what and how much Nikon did for her. I know he was wrong but can't she see how many times he save her and i think he married her only bcz he wanted to save her
