Chapter 29

I finished conversing with my mate, we were sharing all the plans set for the ignorant and rowdy Alphas outside the huge mansion. To speak the truth I wasn't really listeng to everything he was saying. It's because I was busy drowning myself in his voice that was making my heart itchy. My eyes couldn't help but wander to his lips, which I watched as he moved them, talking non-stop.

Every time he mentioned some of these Alphas, speaking briefly about their identity, appearance or what they were capable of, I would feel very anxious. I was dreading the time I would be facing them. Even though some of them have aged and were somewhat the age of my so-called parents, I was still not ready to face them, after all, they were scavengers who were after my life.
