Chapter Sixty-five

"I'll be back," I said softly as I kissed her on the lips.

I need to get going; I waited for her to wake up but she was still sound asleep; I don't want to wake her up on my own because she needs a lot of rest. I took a deep breath before leaving our room, having finished gazing lovingly at her face.

I noticed the head maid outside after I shut the door.

"Good morning, sir," she says again, bowing her head as if I'm royalty or something. It's cheesy, but if that's what they want, I'm not going to stop them.

"Good morning, I need to do some business outside; please look after my wife; don't let her do anything tiring; and I'll try to get home quickly," I said as I walked down the long alley to the twin's room. I'm curious if they've already awoken.

"Yes, Sir, we will look after the Madam and the Children; we have already served breakfast downstairs, and as soon as Madam wakes up, I will immediately send them upstairs. How about you, sir? There's food downstairs; do you want me to make
