That was what he said to her and she took Quirino's words seriously, as the silent once again ensued between them.

In the end Morana fell asleep in Quirino's arms. This didn't bother her anymore now, because she could have slept near Quirino without having any thoughts that he would take advantage of her.

Having Quirino in her life was like as if Morana was having someone who had seen the worst of her to the point of how moody she was, but still chose to stay by her side and continue to support her without getting tired or bored.

Maybe this was Morana’s luck after all the misery that she had gone through, because it was very rare for other people to have someone like Quirino.

However, the inferiority complex and embarrassment that covered it all obscured her true feelings, making Morana unable to judge the situation properly.

She felt like
