I Have To Meet Him.

In a room that looked like it hadn't been arranged in days, the floral-designed bedsheets were roughly kept on the single-sized bed.

Pink and blue colors decorated the wall of the room giving off a feminine kind of vibe with the huge Teddy Bear placed on the bed.

A make-up table and a wardrobe which had pictures of great celebrities and musicians of the occupying individual.

A little club light hung up on the ceiling and a boom player was placed at the side of the room.

The whole interior exuded an air of teenage to young adult typical kind of room.

But the air in the room had drastically changed with the mother and daughter pair seated on the bed but in a heated discussion.

"Mother, I promise it was done for a good reason. I did not mean to do such but I had to." Aysel cried out, tears flowing out her Hazel Brown eyes as she clutched onto her mother's dress, desperately begging her to believe what she said.

"Then tell me what made you take such a drastic decision, Aysel. Wasn't my upbringing good enough for you? Tell me what I did wrong when training you to become a responsible adult. Tell me Aysel. Tell me!" Camellia urged a reasonable response from her daughter as she held back her tears of being a failed mother to her daughter.

Did she not teach her well about how unfairly life treats women? Did she perhaps leave out the part where the saying goes that the life of a woman is as fragile as an egg and can be easily broken?

Different thoughts clouded Camellia's mind as she sniffed, holding back her tears.

"No Mom, you were, and you are still the perfect mother anyone would wish to have. You did absolutely nothing wrong throughout the years you had me under your wing. It was the circumstances I found myself that made me sleep with him." Aysel sobbed, a snot coming out of her nostrils. She rubbed it off with the back of her hand as she took her mother's hand into her palm again.

"Tell me what the circumstances were. I want to know where I went wrong Aysel." Camellia kept on insisting on knowing the reason Aysel did it.

"Mom," Aysel's voice trembled as she spoke, tears streaming down her face.

"I was overwhelmed by the chaos of my life three months ago. The final exams were approaching, and I had a significant amount of unpaid fees that were weighing on me. I didn't know how to handle it all, and it became too much for me to bear." Her sobs grew louder as she struggled to find the right words to explain herself to her mother.

"I had to buy a lot of textbooks for the upcoming exams, and there were practical fees that needed to be paid. Then, suddenly, you fell seriously ill, and it broke my heart to see you lying there in the hospital bed while I felt helpless. I went from house to house, begging for money to afford your treatment, but almost every person I approached, even those who claimed to be family, turned me away, slamming their doors in my face. They insisted I meet Father and request the money they had borrowed from him, urging me to use it for your medical expenses. I felt trapped and had no other option but to do what I did." Aysel's eyes overflowed with tears as she let out all the hardships she had endured.

As Camellia listened to her daughter's words she felt a tugging pain in her heart, like countless small needles being pierced continuously as tears flowed out of her hazel-like eyes which were similar to Aysel's.

She could not believe Aysel had hidden so much from her for three good months, but what hurt the most was the fact that she was included in the list of problems that burdened her daughter so much that she had to take such a huge step in her life.

Who does she have to hold responsible for it all if not herself?

"I'm deeply sorry. I truly apologize for the trouble I've caused you," Camellia pleaded, quickly dropping to her knees and begging for Aysel's forgiveness.

"You should have never been burdened with me as your mother. Your misfortune is a direct result of my misfortune. It's because of me that you've been afflicted with this disease," Camellia clung onto Aysel's dress, her voice filled with desperation and remorse.

Aysel quickly rose to her feet, desperately trying to prevent her mother from continuing her self-deprecating actions.

"No, Mom, no! What are you doing? Why are you saying these things? I am incredibly fortunate to have you as my mother. I am the luckiest daughter in the world to have you as my mother. So Please, stop blaming yourself. There is no disease, Mom. Please, get up," Aysel pleaded, gently pulling her mother back up to her feet.

Camellia slowly stood up, allowing herself to be guided by Aysel's loving touch. In a powerful and emotional moment, the mother and daughter embraced tightly, seeking solace in each other's arms. Their embrace spoke volumes, a poignant display of a heartbroken mother and daughter finding comfort amidst their shared pain.

"If only..if only I dared to turn away from the pressures my family had on me to get married at such a young age then we would not have been in the position we found ourselves in," Camellia muttered in the embrace of her daughter.

"It's okay Mom. Everything is going to be just fine. I have a feeling that it will someday." Aysel reassured.

After a few minutes of sobs, tears, and a heartfelt moment they slowly separated from the tight and hearty hug.

"How do you plan on correcting this situation now?" Camellia asked concerned about how the predicament was going to be dealt with.

As the memory of Anthony's cruel actions resurfaced, Aysel suddenly felt a throb in her head.

Aysel's mind was consumed by conflicting emotions, leaving her in a state of turmoil as she frantically sought a solution to her predicament.

Feeling overwhelmed, she instinctively retreated, her feet carrying her backward until she found herself seated on the edge of the bed. With disheveled hair pointing in all directions, she tightly gripped her locks, as if trying to physically hold onto her racing thoughts.

After much thought, It seemed that there was no other choice but to confront the man responsible for her pregnancy, despite his explicit warning to stay away after providing her with a substantial amount of money to compensate for the consequences of his actions.

Camellia, after giving Aysel enough time to think finally spoke up, interjecting Aysel's thoughts.

She asked in a calm tone, her voice slightly hoarse from the hard time they had crying.

"What are we going to do now? What do you plan on doing about the baby? Aysel" Camilla asked, wanting to know her daughter's thoughts first before bringing or providing hers.

"I don't know Mom. I guess I have to meet him." Aysel stated, raising her gaze to meet Camellia's concerned eyes.
