"When would you become responsible? Dad gave us the Alpha position to run this pack and our business in his place. We are supposed to be responsible for their safety. But you are always busy fking around with different girls everyday." Austin blamed his brother.

"Austin you were always the responsible one and I can handle this responsibility word. I am handling the business so please take care of the pack for me. And this fking around is only for time being. I will be responsible after founding my mate." Asher said and stood up from the chair. He poured two glass with whisky and forwarded one to his brother. Austin couldn't be angry with his brother for so long. He exhaled a deep breath and gulped down the drink.

"You know what? I feel sorry for your mate that she has to spend her life with an ahole like you. Only moon goddess knows how would you handle your mate." Austin said seriously.

"I don't worry about that, if I couldn't handle her you will be there to help me, I know brother," Asher said smiling at his brother. Austin furrowed his brows at his words.

"What do you mean by I would be handling your mate? You are not thinking about us sharing mate, are you?" Austin asked his brother impatiently. He was tired of this childishness of his brother.

"Who knows what will happen in the future? We are identical twins. We shared the same womb, We shared the same bed, we are sharing the Alpha position even we are sharing this office. What if the moon goddess wants us to share a mate?" Asher said like some fortune teller. But when he saw the expression on Austin's face he burst into laughter.

"Jeez, bro I was just joking. Look at your expression." He said in between his laughter. Austin also smiled at him. But deep down he was thinking about this possibility. They shared everything from the very beginning of their life. It was never a big deal for them. But the thought of sharing a mate scared him. A mate is the other half of a werewolf's life. How can it be possible to share the other half of his life? He shook his head to throw out these thoughts from his head.

"We have received an invitation for the mating ball of the Royal Princess. Father said that we have to attend the ball." Austin informed his brother.

"Wow mating ball of the Royal Princess? I heard she is beautiful as the moon goddess. I wish I could be with her once." Asher muttered and received a glare from his twin brother.

"Can you for once stop thinking with your dk? You are becoming a sexaholic." Austin said with irritation.

"I was just saying about the possibility of her being my mate brother. Why are you being so possessive for the Princess? It's not like you met her before or she is your mate. We are going to a mating ball so it is likely possible for us to find our mate there." Asher stated to his brother.

"I wish the moon goddess has some mercy on the princess and she doesn't mate her with you," Austin said in an angry voice.

"Brother now you are getting really personal. You I love to joke around. Okay jokes apart when we will be leaving for the ball?" Asher asked seriously.

"The mating ball is going to be started in the evening so we will leave for the palace in the afternoon. It is just an hour's drive from here." Austin said.

"Okay then now can I have my privacy back? I have some unfinished business with someone special." Asher said to Austin.

Austin gulped down another drink and left the office leaving Asher there. As soon as Austin went out of the room Asher called the girl who was with him a few minutes ago.

"Come back to my office. We have unfinished business to be done." He said on the phone. Austin heard him from the other side of the door and left. This brother of his will never change, he thought.

Both of them turned eighteen two years ago but none of them found their mate.
