"What happened, Darius?! You nearly burst my eardrum over the phone! What's the deal?" Noah asked after he reached his office for hotel business. 

Darius got a lot of office buildings located here in New York. One for hotel business, one for fashion business, one for construction and the list keeps going on. And all these offices have their branches also in different countries. That big Henderson empire is.
