Chapter 9

One day, she stared at her belly in the mirror and decided to tell the Jacob the truth about his child but unexpectedly when she knocked on his door, someone else opened the door.

"Martha..... you...." Emma was shocked to see Martha on the Jacob's door, she was wearing a very thing robe revealing her naked body, no one had to ask anything just by seeing her people would guess obviously what had she done?

She tried to peek inside the room, "Jacob, where is Jacob?"

"He's asleep..." Martha told her arrogantly and stretched her arm to block her to step inside the room.

Emma didn't want to go away without fighting for her child, she yelled Jacob's name to call him out but Jacob groaned in his sleep in the response.

"Go away... I don't want you."

Emma froze when she heard his words and the displeasure in his tone, "Does he hate me now?" She thought and before she could open her mouth to say something Martha closed the door on her face heavily.
