"I will be staying for a while.", I responded and then looked at her. "Remember, Saira was looking for a job here?"

"I was thinking about discussing it with HIM. That's why, after finishing my work, I will be spending some time with him."
"You could have directly said NO instead of explaining all those things, you know," She teased, on which she earned a glare from me.
"Fine! Fine! I'm leaving, and don't forget to text me once you're home."
