I could never understand the concept behind getting upset at someone who is upset at you. Like what is the reason behind it? Why are you upset that this person is mad at you for the way that you have been treating them? Is that you are upset that they are not allowing you to manipulate them in unimaginable ways?

I am currently in bed, pondering on the thoughts I was currently having about Callum after I let it slip that I knew about his infidelities. I have been acting nonchalant about the whole ordeal, however, I guess the guilt was consuming him because Callum has taken it upon himself to give me the silent treatment. That night, when he went to shower, I laid in bed and continued to ponder on what could possibly happen next.
