“Another one, please.” I told the waitress at Uno bar. She smiled at me and sashayed towards the counter, knowing that my eyes trained on her body. The black dress was wrapped around her shapely body like it was second skin and her hips swayed seductively. It’s not that I was interested in her. In fact I was dying of boredom and sadness. Even though I knew that drinks wouldn’t solve anything, I couldn’t think of anything else to do. The drinks didn’t make me feel better but the action (drinking) did in a way. I desperately needed to do something and somehow I had found myself at a bar.
