I bring my wrist to my face and check the time again, its 6 already

“Okay, everything should be set for the dinner by now, anything still cooking by now isn’t for this dinner”, I say as I walk into the kitchen

The chef I hired smiles at me and opens up whatever he is cooking over the fire, but it’s on really high heat
