Felix showed the invitation to Samuel's bodyguards. As they let Felix and Elisa in, Elisa's Ysl heels made their way onto the grass of the Philips mansion garden, and all the guests glanced at her and Felix. All of them, without exception, even raised their cell phones and took pictures of her and Felix. Elisa didn't know how influential Felix was in the business world, but the old Elisa needed to be more careful. From what she knew, Elisabelt Taylor was a supermodel who had a lot of experience in the modeling world; they both shone as brightly as she and Felix had tonight.

'Mr. Taylor and Mrs. Taylor.' Elisa's eyes read the names on the table. Remembering this round table, she had been disowned when she was Samuel Philips' wife. But that was all in the past; she looked at Felix, who gentlemanly pulled out a chair for her.

"Thank you, Felix," Elisa whispered, sitting down gracefully.

"All eyes are on us. I'm sorry I made you feel uncomfortable," Felix said, taking two glasses of champagne for his wife and himself.

"I don't mind being the center of attention. Because I'm a famous model who has the best husband of the richest billionaire in Sao Paulo," Elisa proudly praised everyone in a voice that she deliberately raised. So that everyone nearby could hear her praise for her husband.

Elisa raised her glass and sipped the champagne slowly. Her eyes saw Samuel walking down the aisle with the woman Elisa hated. Simona and Samuel now looked so happy that they were laughing and waving their arms. All the cheers could be heard from the guests, but only Felix and Elisa looked calm.

Elisa's eyes couldn't escape watching Samuel, who visited one table after another, greeting the guests along with Simona, who shamelessly clung to Samuel. The most disgusting thing was that Simona was wearing the same dress she was wearing.

"Samuel can't afford to buy his girlfriend a dress and has to wear his late wife's dress," Elisa murmured.

"Good evening, Mr. Taylor; sorry to just say hello."

Felix stood up to shake Samuel's hand and glanced at the woman who was stealing glances at him. "Evening. Mr. Philips and--"

"Simona. She'll be Mrs. Philips in a minute," Samuel continued proudly, introducing his girlfriend.

Felix chuckled in his heavy voice with a small glance at his wife, Elisa, who was drinking champagne. "My wife, I'm sorry I couldn't-" Felix's words were cut short as Elisa stood looking intently at Samuel and Simona in turn.

"Thank you for inviting me, Mr. Philips." Elisa accepted Samuel's handshake; she gripped his hand firmly and then released it roughly. Then her eyes went back to looking at Simona down to her face. "Wow, we're wearing the same dress, Mrs. Philips; I didn't expect the same dress. I have a feeling that the dress I'm wearing was only produced twice, and one of the buyers was the late Camelia Shannon Philips," Elisa quipped openly, making Simona's face redden with embarrassment.

"Really, Mrs. Taylor? But I heard this dress was in a production of three, and I was their last buyer. You're so beautiful with that gorgeous makeup," Simona complimented, still with a flushed face.

After greeting them, Samuel and Simona went back to greet the other guests. Elisa smiled a few times, taking another sip from her second glass of champagne. "I'm sorry to embarrass you, Felix. But I feel suspicious about my best friend's death," Elisa said, turning around to find Felix's blue eyes staring into her face.

"No, I'm not. I'm not embarrassed by you; my beautiful wife always tells the truth," Felix replied, raising his glass and touching Elisa's before taking a sip.

"Felix. I need to use the toilet," Elisa said quickly as she saw Simona walk in, leaving Samuel behind.

"Do you want me to take you? I'm afraid you're lost," said Felix, who tried to stand up, but Elisa held his arm and shook her head.

"I'll ask the waiter if I get lost, Felix."

Elisa walked away from her desk and headed towards the mansion. She saw the maid standing on the terrace of the mansion. "Where is the toilet?" she asked quickly. Even though she already knew where the restroom was, she still had to be formal to avoid being suspected by the maid.

"Let me show you, Mrs."

"No need. Just tell me where it is."

Elisa nodded at the waiter's explanation and walked quickly in the direction indicated. Looking left and right to make sure no servants were watching, she entered the elevator and headed to the third floor, where her room was located.

When she reached the third floor, Elisa hid again when she saw two servants coming down with their hands. "Damn! I almost got caught!" she thought to herself.

She stepped into her and Samuel's room. Opening the unlocked door, she looked into the mirror, took out her red lipstick and wrote a message on it. And poured fake blood on the dressing table and also on the bed that Simona and Samuel shared.

After doing all that, Elisa exited quickly; lucky for her, she managed to get into the elevator again and got off easily. She walked into the toilet and found Simona there. Elisa was casually washing her hands at the sink, glancing at Simona through the glass in front of her.

"Do you know Camelia?" asked Simona, suddenly intercepting Elisa, who was about to exit.

"Who doesn't know Camelia Shannon Philips, a woman of noble blood who married a poor man? But fate had it that she died a mysterious death," Elisa replied, looking Simona straight in the eye. "That poor man, Samuel. And I didn't expect him to marry his secretary and announce a sudden pregnancy when it had only been two weeks since Samuel lost Camelia."

"Watch your language, Mrs. Taylor! You're just a guest here!" shouted Simona with her hand raised to slap Elisa across the face.

But Elisa's hand was faster; she slapped Simona hard across the face. Not only once, but she did it multiple times, making her body fall at her feet.

"Simona Layla. I will always remember the incident that night you were in the room with my husband. Making disgusting love, then giving him a baseball bat to kill me," Elisa said with a blank stare at the frightened Simona, who backed away.

"Camelia. No, no, you're dead!" snapped Elisa in fear. Trying to stand up and choke Elisa's neck, at the same time, the toilet door was broken down.

"What are you doing to my wife!" concluded Felix, violently pulling Simona's hands away from his wife's neck.

"No, no, no. I didn't do anything," Simona retorted defensively.

Felix covered Elisa's cheeks and saw that his wife's face was pale, and there was a red line on Elisa's white neck. "Elisa, are you alright?" said a panicked Felix, who quickly picked her up and carried her out of there.

Elisa hid her face in Felix's chest. She tried to stifle her laughter, remaining calm as her body was carried out.

"What's wrong, Mr. Taylor?"

Samuel's faint voice stopped Felix.

"Your wife-to-be almost killed my wife! As of today, I will charge you, Mr. Philips, with attempted murder!" Felix's voice rang out to all the guests.

"Samuel! I didn't kill her; that woman is Camelia! She's Camelia," Simona shouted clearly.

"Simona! What are you saying," Samuel was also annoyed by Simona's sudden arrival, shouting his late wife's name.

"You're back so soon. Did everything go smoothly?" Camelia asked, trying to turn her body, but Felix held her back. As a result, she only stayed silent, feeling Felix's head slip between her shoulders."They're all boring. I wanted to see you quickly," whispered Felix, briefly closing his eyes. Tightening his embrace on Elisa's tiny body, Camelia's face appeared very clearly every time Felix closed his eyes. Felix could barely imagine how soft Camelia's mane was—golden hair with small lips and a gaze that looked innocent yet firm. Felix was wildly fascinated with the beauty of Camelia's natural face."It's not good to behave like that, Felix. You have to be professional at work, distinguish between work and matters of the heart," Camelia replied, still with both hands floating in the air. She did not dare touch Felix's hand, which was still hugging her stomach tightly."Please appreciate my efforts this time, Camelia. I'm trying to put aside the problem of work; my heart can't take i

Samuel could only come to see Simona at 11 p.m. Things weren't over yet; Samuel never wanted to see Simona's face again if it wasn't for the fact that she was carrying his baby."I know you're not asleep," Samuel said, sitting beside Simona's bed on one of the chairs.Simona didn't want to look at Samuel for a while. She still felt hurt after being mistreated, but Samuel's attitude changed. The man no longer paid attention to her. Camelia used to be the stumbling block when she was with Samuel. But even after Camelia died, Samuel was still difficult for her. Elisa, the woman, became a new problem for him."What did you come to see me for?" Simona muttered hoarsely. She tried not to cry, but the clear liquid flowed from her eyes."Do you think I will relinquish my responsibility to you?" Samuel looked at Simona sharply. "Look me in the eye when I talk to you, Simona!" said Samuel, who was still managing his emotions to remain stable, considering they were still in the hospital.Simona

"Accept this money. Thank you for doing a good job," Felix said, handing an envelope to one of the workers at the Philips company. "Thank you, Mr. Taylor, for your kindness. It's a pleasure working for you," he said, looking at the money in the envelope, which he posted on the internet."Keep this matter a secret; don't let anyone else know," Felix muttered, rising from his chair and walking away from the cafe not far from his company.Felix got back into his car. He did not leave immediately; Felix asked his two bodyguards to take Rumi to his company. He wanted Rumi on his side. Camelia had to get justice if it was confirmed that Samuel was behind Camelia's death. Unbeknownst to Camelia, Felix secretly helps to take revenge on Samuel. He is still trying to gather evidence about Camelia's freak accident. Even the police seemed to have agreed to close the case without clarity. Felix was convinced that Samuel had intervened to convince the police that his wife Camelia's death was pur

Elisa's eyes caught a glimpse of her reflection on the unique makeup table for models. The makeup artist helped her prepare for today's photo shoot. Still wearing Felix's oversized thigh-length shirt, Elisa fiddled with her cell phone to relieve her boredom. Samuel hadn't arrived yet, but the man had promised to bring Simona to appear with him in a commercial that would air this summer. In her heart, Camelia felt scared and a little nervous. Honestly, she had no experience in modelling; she was only good at skinning the business world. And having never been involved in modelling like Elisabelt since last night, she had been learning all about Elisa through the internet. Camelia realized that she had used Elisa as an ambassador model for her family's products. Perhaps Samuel had fallen in love with Elisa at that time. He had told her at the restaurant that he had liked Elisa for a long time before Samuel married Camelia."Mrs. Taylor. Would you like to change now?" "Wait for one mor

If things had continued, Camelia would have been the most selfish woman to take Felix away from Elisa. Not only did she want Felix, but she also wanted to take Elisa's body for herself."Save your sincere love, Felix. I don't deserve it; you really should give your love to a more suitable woman and certainly not to me," Camelia said, looking into Felix's eyes with a slight blur. Elisa's eyes were glassy; she didn't know why, but it hurt like a stab in the back."I'm getting used to being rejected so many times by you," He scolded. "I thought Elisa's cold demeanour was already so mean to me. But it turns out you're much meaner than her; how you talk and make decisions is as if what I say is normal.""It's not like that, Felix. There's nothing wrong with expressing your feelings; I appreciate it. I just can't accept that I'm different now; if only you and I had met earlier, things would have been much different.""You're taking things too seriously before they happen. Just live it up fi

"Oh my God, what's happening to me!" muttered Felix as he pressed his chest inside the living room. This was the first time in his life that Felix had felt such an intense throbbing. He was having trouble catching his breath, the look in Elisa's eyes beckoning him to act protectively. He wanted to protect her so severely that he almost ruined everything. Felix was a grown man, but sometimes he found it hard to control himself; only with Elisa was he like this."Is she asleep already?" "Did she sleep well without me?" "Why do I look like I'm hanging on to her now?"Felix massaged the bridge of his nose, trying to lie down and close his eyes. But his thoughts drifted back to Elisa, not now that he was starting to feel a sense of unease. Felix was anxious about being away from Elisa. He touched his cell phone and searched for Elisa's phone contact. Felix's big fingers quickly danced over the keywords, typing a message to Elisa."You're not asleep yet?" Felix caught himself and thought

Camelia moistened her lower lip and let out a long breath. "I accepted," Camelia continued, feeling like Felix was interrogating her. "Shit! Didn't you tell me that the man killed you? He's a murderer! Why do you still want to help him, Camelia? What if he also intends to harm you? Camelia, it wou

Felix stayed in the other room. He left Elisa behind, thinking he needed a quiet place. Felix walked over to his desk, turned on his computer, and searched for the soul swap Elisa had told him about. He found an article and digested the gist of it. It was called Reincarnation, and it said that a h

"Answer! Did you come because of Samuel," she snapped in a raised voice that surprised Camelia."No, I didn't. I came because of someone. I'll explain it to you when we're inside," Elisa said in a very calm tone.Perhaps all the maids in the Philips mansion would betray her. But Rumi, there was onl

Simona's eyes could not escape watching Samuel's face lying on the bed after being examined by Markus—the doctor who had been entrusted with checking the health of the Philips family for years."How is Samuel?" Simona approached Markus when he had finished packing his belongings."Mr. Philips is ju
