Courtney POV

I woke up more than an hour ago, but I was too lazy to stand up, I still couldn't believe George was gone.

The dagger and pouch confirmed it but I found it unbelievable.

“Milady, are you okay?? Please answer me”Reena was sobbing and it is hurting my ears and head

I closed my eyes and sighed

“I'm fine, I'm just sleepy”I replied and yawned

“How can you be fine? His Majesty is gone”she wept for God knows how long, while I remained laying down, I was too tired to stand up.

“Milady, you can't remain like this, you have to survive”Reena complained with worry laced in her voice. I have been on the bed for days now, I just can't seem to be able to get up.

“I'm fine, just a bit sleepy”I replied

“you have been sleeping for days, you are not alright Milady. I should get a physician”

“Please Reena, I'm alright “ I pleaded and my voice came out weak.

“But you are….. Hmm I should clean you up”I felt a warm towel on my arms, she has been cleaning me up
