CHAPTER 16. Going on a journey

"We're going on a journey." Aster suddenly announced and Rizine looked up at him — she wished she was able to make a face to mirror her anger, the confusion she felt from hearing that statement and her overall hatred for Aster.

But she was too weak. She hadn't eaten ever since she was kidnapped by Rizine, not to mention the physical and emotional abuse from him.

She was too tired to move even the slightest of muscles. But that would mean she won't be able to put up a protest when Aster wanted to carry out his devious plan of going on whatever journey he had planned out.

She didn't want to go.

"P—please, no." Rizine begged feebly, vigor drained from her tone and her eyes were even more hollow than they were before, sleep deprived, hunger stricken and saddened.

"Sadly,you don't have a say in this Rizine." Aster refuted her pleas, an evil smirk on his face. He enjoyed seeing how powerless Rizine looked, and also enjoyed being able to make decisions concerning them without her
