Luciano’S POV

I heard some muffled screams suddenly and quickly came out of the shadows to figure out what was going on.There,I saw Sabrina who was being held by one of my men.I strode forward, a little pissed, and demanded, "What the hell is going on here?"

The man holding Sabrina who looked just as bewildered as I felt, stammered, "I caught her snooping around, boss."

I shot a glare at Sabrina who had tears welling in her eyes. "Is this true?" I growled at her.

Before she could explain herself, I cut her short, my temper flaring. "Enough! Don’t you say a word” I ordered, my tone leaving no room for argument. Two of my men immediately began cleaning up the mess of the traitor I just killed on the floor, erasing any trace of the struggle.

Lorenzo dragged a shaken Sabrina  along as we made way to my study. Once we were inside, I told Lorenzo to wait outside, and I circled around Sabrina , who was trembling with fear.

I pulled her by the arm, closing the space between us, our bodies inches apart. Her breath hitched, and she refused to meet my gaze, keeping her eyes fixed on the floor. "You were here for one night, and you're already sticking your nose in my business?" I snarled at her.

Sabrina  stammered, "It wasn't intentional. I had just put Noah to bed, and I heard some commotion outside. I wanted to make sure there weren't any burglars breaking in."

I scowled, finding her explanation ridiculous. "I have high and tight security, Sabrina . Not just anyone can waltz in here," I retorted.

She quickly apologized, her voice shaky. "I'm so sorry, Sir Luciano. It won't happen again. I promise."

I leaned in closer, my eyes locked on hers. "You better concentrate on the real reason you're here" I warned her.

She nodded, her gaze still glued to the floor. "I understand."

"Good," I said, my anger slowly subsiding. "I don't know what you saw, but you better not breathe a word about this to anyone. Is that clear?"

She agreed with a quick nod, and I released her, pushing her away. "Now get the hell out," I ordered.

Sabrina  wasted no time, taking quick and light steps as she darted out of the room. I watched her leave and then sighed deeply.

The next day, I woke early and went about my usual business. Today was no different, and I had to attend to some of my mafia operations.

I dressed in a sharp black suit that screamed authority. My dark eyes locked onto the mirror as I adjusted my tie, making sure every detail was perfect. With a final look, I grabbed my coat and headed out, my trusted enforcer, Lorenzo, at my side.

We visited various locations, overseeing the operations.

"Any leads on the Blackhood’s gang?" I asked, my voice tense.

Lorenzo responded, "I'm still working on it, boss. We'll get them. I promise."

I clenched my jaw, the fury and pain still fresh in my mind. "I won't stop until every last one of those bastards related to my rival's family is dead," I swore. Revenge fueled me, and I was determined to see it through.

My biggest rival, Horacio and his gang members had been the ones responsible for killing my brother and his innocent wife, leaving little Noah behind. Noah didn’t deserve any of that and I was going to make sure I killed every last one of them even if it was the last thing I did.

As I entered the mansion, I was surprised to see Isabella who was sitting with her legs crossed in the living room. I couldn't help but roll my eyes; her constant presence was starting to wear on my nerves. I was beginning to hate to how she started acting clingy and behaving as if she were my girlfriend.

Isabella was a striking woman, no doubt. She had a buxom figure, long, smooth legs, wild shoulder-length blonde hair, and a face of a beautiful model. Her signature very red lipstick highlighted her full, alluring lips. Her smooth ivory skin and the slender curve of her face framed striking green cat eyes that always looked mischievous.

Today, she was wearing a provocative dress that would make any man's head turn – a black mini skirt and a low-cut crop top that left little to the imagination, revealing ample cleavage.

When she spotted me, her lips curled into a seductive smile, and she rose to her feet, her four-inch heels clicking loudly on the hardwood floor. She wrapped her arms around my shoulders and planted a kiss on my lips. "I've missed you," she purred.

I raised a skeptical brow. "You were here three days ago," I pointed out.

Isabella pouted, her fingers tracing along my arms while she bit her lip in a suggestive manner. "It feels longer than that. I just wanted to spend some quality time with you, Luciano."

I sighed, not in the mood for her games. "You know I'm a very busy man, Isabella," I reminded her. "I have a lot on my plate."

She leaned in closer, her breath hot against my ear, as she whispered, "Sometimes, you need a break from all that stress. And I can be your stress reliever, baby."

I couldn't deny that Isabella's presence was tempting, but I had more pressing matters on my mind. My thoughts returned to the pursuit of my enemies, and I needed to stay focused.

Isabella, however, was far from done. She wrinkled her nose in disapproval and asked, "What happened to Eloisa? I don't like the new nanny."

I gave her a curt look. "Eloisa needed some time off, and I trust the new nanny to take care of Noah."

She pouted, clearly unsatisfied with my response. "I don't like her. Whatever happened to Eloisa? I think you should reconsider."

I glanced at her, trying to maintain my composure, and said, "Eloisa fucked things up, Isabella, and I had to let her go. Noah has already taken a liking to Sabrina."

She frowned deeply, her displeasure evident. "I don't like that maid one bit," she grumbled. "She looks incompetent."

I arched an eyebrow, somewhat surprised at her quick judgment. "Isabella, you've barely been here for a day. How can you decide on that so easily?"

“Wait… I hope she is just Noah’s nanny and nothing else.”she narrowed her eyes at me.

“I can do whatever I want with whoever the hell I want it with. You do not own me,Isabella.”

She huffed in response, crossing her arms. "I’m sorry Luciano. Well, she broke your favorite," she paused, trying to find the right word, "thing."

I frowned, my interest piqued. "What did she break?"

Isabella seemed hesitant for a moment before confessing, "Your favorite vase."

I clenched my jaw at the news. That vase held sentimental value to me, and it was a cherished possession. I couldn't believe it was shattered. In frustration, I called out, "Denise!"

Denise rushed into the room, her eyes wide with concern. "Yes, Mr. Luciano?"

I didn't waste any time. "Where is Sabrina?"

Denise replied promptly, "She's in Noah's room, teaching him."

"Did Sabrina actually break the vase?"

Denise nodded, her voice apologetic. "Yes, she did and then she cleaned up the mess and disposed of it in the dustbin."

I nodded stiffly and dismissed Denise. As soon as she left, I hollered at Lorenzo who was by my side in a minute.

"Lorenzo," I said when he answered, "I need a new vase, identical to the one that got broken. Have it here by tomorrow morning."

Lorenzo replied, "Consider it done, boss."

Isabella, clearly shocked by my response, protested, "Why are you letting her get away with it, Luciano? You should punish that careless nanny."

I took a deep breath, trying to keep my temper in check. "Don't worry, Isabella," I told her, "I'll handle it in my own way."

Isabella still seemed unsatisfied, but I wasn't in the mood for further discussion. "Go home, Isabella," I instructed, "I'll send for you if I need you."

She pouted, clearly disappointed. "Aren't you happy to see me?"

I shot a warning glare at her, my patience running thin. "Go home," I repeated firmly, "and I won't repeat myself."

She reluctantly picked up her bag, her pout not disappearing, but she didn't push any further. She left the mansion, and I was finally alone to deal with the situation.

I walked to Noah's room and stopped short at the slightly open door. I peered inside and saw Sabrina sitting on the floor with Noah. She was speaking to him in Spanish, and he seemed captivated by the language and her presence.

Suddenly, Noah turned to Sabrina, his eyes filled with curiosity. "Are you going to apologize to my Daddy for breaking his stuff?" he asked.

Sabrina smiled gently and nodded. "Yes, I will, Noah. It was an accident, and I'm kind of freaking out."

Noah, in his innocence, placed a small hand on Sabrina's chest. "Don't worry," he assured her, "my Daddy doesn't bite."

Oh I bite,and I bite hard.

Mate?”I nodded my head one day talking with her about finding my mate which shocked her.“What’s a mate?” She asked in wonder and I chuckled.“A life partner who will continue to accompany you, like your father and mother and king and queen” I explained in an easy way.“Then why do you want to find your mate?” She asked innocently.I couldn’t help but pinch her cheeks “Because I’m more than enough to have a partner who will be with me forever, right?” I replied. She nodded “Then I’ll be your mate then”I can’t help but laughed at that time hearing her words.“Grow first, then you’ll understand” Was my response at the time.*****Exhaling a long breath, I looked at my mate who was fast asleep after the exhausting activities I had done to her.It had taken me 400 years to find her, and in that long time I had only learned of the many things Pearl had done after she had turned into someone I no longer knew. Are there any places that Pearl considers special? Sabrina asked me this, but I

  • Her Spirit Wolf   Dangerous

We both know that this journey will be very dangerous, whether it will be successful or not, the important thing is that we will continue to try to end this nightmare. Many things happen because of grudges, jealousy and broken hearts, it’s time to end it all before others will continue to be affected.“How did you think of bringing a cellphone?” I asked Titus as we boarded the travel car that came to pick us up.He smiled “Mellisa” He replied simply and I nodded in understanding. We just nodded to Drake, Jose and Alexa who accompanied us on our way out of Trazmoz, so that there would be no suspicion about us, Titus told the members not to accompany us when the travel car arrived.“I heard that the vehicle you were driving was in an accident, so the accident three days ago was your car?” Asked the driver who brought us and I just nodded with a smile in response because I saw Titus, with his expressionless face, looking bored and just pretending to close his eyes but still holding my ha

It has to be me who has to intervene!********Back to Sabrina’s Point of View“No, you can’t” Drake refused and everyone seemed to agree with his answer.I sighed…“Beta is right, my king, we won’t let you two search for the black witch’s mortal body alone” Jose added firmly, rejecting Titus’ plan of searching for the witch’s mortal body alone with me, his mate, because only I could feel and smell the undead odour that wafted from Pearl’s sorcery.I understood why they rejected the plan, but I also understood why Titus wanted them to guard this place.Trazmoz has Morena’s soul and Pearl’s book of black magic which is essential to be able to bring down Pearl’s dark power and return Morena to her body so this place can’t just be guarded by those guardian wolves, with Drake, Jose and the other warriors from our pack, this place will be safer, that’s why Titus decided they are better off here and he is more than capable of guarding me.But I also understand that they objected to leaving

  • Her Spirit Wolf   Missing

Staring at the forbidden book on dark magic made by Pearl gave me goosebumps, even Lola didn’t dare to come closer after she managed to lock it so that it wouldn’t be detected by other witches, glancing at Titus who had also looked in my direction, we both thought that this couldn’t be fake.“The book won’t affect someone who doesn’t have blood magic, but your mate might not” Lola informed Titus who looked at me before nodding. He slowly approached the book and sure enough, nothing happened when he touched it.“Because he doesn’t have any magic in his pulse” Lola explained before pointing at me with her head “However, not your mate, her white-wolf power is capable of awakening things we can’t imagine” She added and I shouldn’t be surprise to know what Destine could do, but it still shocked me hearing it from other. He just nodded without making any comment, I guess he will talk to us all when Lola isn’t around.I just give him a smile and wrap my finger on him as support before turnin

  • Her Spirit Wolf   Destine

Why are you awake?” I asked as I put my arms out to cuddle at him.He sighed and put his arms around me and tightened his embrace “Do you think I could sleep knowing you’re here?” I laugh when I hear his answer. So, he pretended to be asleep.“What’s wrong?” He asked again.I couldn’t hide anything from him…“I’m just…” What should I tell him?“I’m sorry I brought you into this” He cut me off before I could speak and made me stare at him again. He thinks I’m overwhelmed by his problems?I cupped his cheek and made him look back at me “That’s life and that’s mate, there can’t be only beautiful things in life can there?” He was silent as he continued to stare at me as if he was looking for a lie.“Having you is the most wonderful thing that has ever happened to me, and I also found my strength from you. Don’t think about anything else because I will continue to stand by you” I state firmly. He looked at me sharply before nodding his head with a small smile before pecking my forehead “So

  • Her Spirit Wolf   Fate

Tightening the grip of my hand, I gave a smile to him who sighed softly before slowly walking deeper into the town followed by all his men behind.Lola continued to look at him with a flat expression, until we stopped in front of him.“So this is the Alpha king” was the opening word she spoke and made Titus raise a confused eyebrow.“I’ve never smelled your scent, it’s the first time we’ve met” my mate replied with a surprised tone and made the old woman laugh.“I wasn’t here when you conducted the massacre of the witches in this town” She smiled sarcastically and I almost saw the man beside me cringe at the words ‘massacre’ coming out of her “But, I also know that it was my ancestors who provoked your anger, so it is possible that we can put an end to it” She added. As if waiting for a response from their king, no one spoke or commented and I could only hold my breath while praying that Titus’ hatred for witches was not what it used to be, especially since he also had one witch helpi
