Ch. 6

Ariel Maire P.O.V:

I stare at my phone. My mouth is dry, and my heart is beating fast inside my chest. 

Oh, God! How did they find me? I thought they were in jail for another year. But now they're out. They're going to come after me. I know it! I just know it. I remember what they both said. I started striving from the idea of what they will do. I know it won't be good if they get me. I know I will be dead! Because I don't think they're going to let me go once they get me. I am not going to be alive. I did put them in jail. But they did try to rape me. So, now they are angry with me. I need to be careful.

 (“Them" "We are coming for you!" little princess," they wrote in a message. 

"(Me)" "What you want from me?" I wrote. I am typing on my phone, scared and looking around to see if they can see me. I hope they don't see me. 

I see the dots moving, like someone writing a paragraph. Wow, I am waiting for them to send it. I started biting my nails.

(Them) "Silly sweet, girl." You know what we want." He wrote me back.

(Me) "No, I don't!" I wrote them back. 

(Them) "Oh, yes, you do." But don't worry,y you will be found out.

(Me)" Leave me alone! I swear I won't turn you both in again if you just leave me alone! I wrote them in a panic.

(Them) "No can do! You brought this on yourself." When you told Andrew and me." Now bitch! Once we get you." You're ours! You got that! Night princess, sweet dreams with a winky face emoji. 

After a while, there were no more text messages from them. God! They are assholes. I put my phone down when I heard someone outside my bedroom door. I jumped when someone came into the room.

I turned around, and I saw Austin walk into the room. He stops and stares at me with this weird expression on his face. It's hard to describe it. But he looked away.  I am sitting on my bed with my phone in my hands. I am waiting for a call or something. But really, I am too scared to put it down. Because my monsters try to rape and hurt me.  When he walked in closer towards his side of the room. I saw him look over at me. He was staring at me with his blue eyes. They are like the ocean. They are beautiful in his eyes and his brother's eyes.

 He didn't say anything, but he walked over to his bed and grabbed something off his bed. He walked back over to the door. He didn't even look at me when we walked out the door. Oh, okay, why must it be like that? I know I am not wanted, but it still hurts. My chest starts to hurt. Because I have panic attacks, but I know when they come. So, I take a deep breath and let it out. I need to calm down, they're not here. They are just playing a trick on you. They should be in jail. 

Close your eyes, I told myself to do. So, I did. I closed them, I picture myself lying in the meadows picking sunflowers and watching the beautiful sky changing colors. I love going to that place. My parents took me there when I was little. We would have a picnic and swim in the lake there. I can feel myself calming down; my heart stops beating too fast. My chest doesn't hurt anymore. I can finally breathe normally.

I start getting off the bed, but first. I laid my book on top of the bed, and I walked out the door to get something to eat. I am getting hungry and thirsty, too.  I wonder if the girls are in the kitchen.

Kitchen...

I am walking through the kitchen door when I hear Alexis yelling for some reason. I shook my head and rolled my eyes with a smile on my face. I know who she is yelling at. I giggled to myself. I walked around the corner where they were. 

Ethan got Alexis cornered between the wall and him. He grabbed my waist and laughed in her face for some reason. 

"Hey! leLete go! I heard her say.

 I am looking at them. I can see they are flirting with each other. But Alexis will deny anything going on with them. But I can see she is not happy with him right now. I wouldn't either if someone were touching and keeping me on the wall and with their body.

I heard him chuckle, "Someone doesn't like me," I heard Ethan say. 

"But I sure like you, doll face," he said with a wink and a smirk on his lips. He grabbed the back of her head and kissed her. I heard her trying to pull away, but there's no way she can stop him. So, I stepped in and kicked his foot.

"Ouch! What-" he looked around, and his frown disappeared. When he has seen me. 

"Oh, hey, why did you kick me, Ariel Marie?"

 "That hurt," he said with a sad expression on his face. "Why, I thought we were friends,’ short cheeks.

I rolled my eyes. We are all, but you need to stop picking on Alexis; she didn't do anything to you! I told him with a serious look on my face. I meant what I said.

"So, let her go! Ethan, can you see doesn't like you?" I told him with so much bravery in my words. I need to be strong and tough, or they will walk all over me.

I walked over towards Alexis. I tried to grab her away from Ethan, but he didn't like that. Don't try to take a man's food, money, women, and what they want! 

Right now, he wants Alexis! 

He growled when I grabbed Alexis' hand, and we ran up the stairs, with Ethan right behind us.

"Hey! Girls! Come back here." He said changing us. 

Oh, damn his fucking fast, I thought. I looked over at Alexis, and she knew exactly what I was thinking. 

No! Alexis turned around and flipped him the bird. She had a smile on her face when she saw him behind us. He smiled and winked at her. Her smile dropped, and she grabbed my bedroom door. She pulled me through it. She locked the door and started running around in my bedroom, found something to block out Etha, and her big jock.

I giggled when she was putting her ear against the door. Making sure she doesn't hear him out there.

I was smiling at her. She looked back at me, what? She gave me a stupid look 

I shook my head, nothing. Nothing at all. We stayed in there another hour before he gave up.

"You do know you can't hide and run from him forever?" 

"He does live here, Alexis," I told her.

"Shh... be quiet, or he will hear you," she said when she took her fingers to her lip,s telling her to be quiet. 

Whatever you say, I took my lips like I was going to lock them and threw away the key. But when she was listening. At the door, someone banged on the door hard and made her jump and scared.

"Hey! Bang-bang, the door.

“Hey! who fucking in there?"

 "I swear by God, you better not steal my shit," I heard a guy's deep voice outside my door.

"Hey! Justin, my man!! Ethan said." I heard them doing a handshake. 

What's chilling, dude?" I heard Justin say.

"Oh, I chased Alexis and Ariel Marie into your room." Like it was the normal thing to say in the world.

"Alexis? She turned to me with the same expression on her face. 

"What are we going to do? I asked her.

She whispered back, saying,

" I don't know,w" the shoulder shrugged. I let out a sigh. This is going to be a long fucking day! When I hit my head on the door. I know they heard the door with a bang!
