"Josephine?"

"Josephine..." Elijah repeated as he admired Josephine.

Josephine flustered and looked out the café window, watching as people and cars pass by.

She turned back at Elijah and smiled. "It has a ring to it." Elijah simply said as he took a bite of his cheesecake he ordered earlier. Josephine chuckled and took a deep breath then said. "Yeah, I guess."

"So what got you into art?" He questioned.

Josephine stiffened. Her heart paused for a second and she started to fidget with her hands, avoiding eye contact with the man sitting in-front of her.

Elijah noticed that something was off and he cleared his throat, noticing the tension.

"I'm guessing it's something not pretty." He whispered.

Josephine turned to look at him and they locked eyes.

She noticed a little bit of guilt flashed on his face and he quickly replaced it with a small smile.

Josephine shook her head. "No. no it's okay." She replied.

She took a sip of her coffee then set it aside. "Let's say I didn't have a
