Amongst all the students, Romeo never attacked Julius. Not that he was afraid of him, but because his parents were law makers working in the state house.He kept his drug deals a secret affair, but Julius knew every little thing about him and he hated it. He knew Julius wouldn't blackmail him because he had no proofs plus he's skeptical and won't allow himself to be caught. When Juliet had become friends with him, he felt angry.
