I know many books offer different verisons of status roles and I wanted to define how things worked in my werewolf (magical) world. Selene felt her powers floating around her after she was abruptly awakened. It was late at night and she was laying in bed with her mate after they shared a blissful night of romance. Her days were filled with the simple pleasures of life and not the heavy burdens of being the Moon Goddess. She was happy the little pups took over the role. The fact that they handled such a job with ease while in the womb startled her at first but it made perfect sense due to the fact that they were born for this. Why are they handing her back her powers? She could just reach out her hand and grab them to stand back into the role she has contended for the last couple of creations.
