The owner of Cadieux restaurant is sitting in front of his office desk. He yawned while watching the live footage of CCTV that he installed inside one of the VVIP rooms in his restaurant.

Hidden cameras would be consider illegal or legal depending on the place where they were installed. It is not legal to place it in bathrooms or bedrooms where someone is staying, or any other place were people would assume that they would have a heightened level of privacy. But it is legal when they were installed in public place. However, Dwight Cadieux VVIP rooms are given to high profiles personalities so that they can talk private matters in secret.

Those people did not know that the VVIP rooms are actually have secret cameras and recording bugs that Dwight uses to listen and monitor their conversations.
