Allison
The smile on my face when I walked into my bedroom was so wide, my cheeks began to hurt. After many hours of thinking last night, I realized that Christopher had indeed, framed me. I half expected him to deny it when I brought it up but he didn't. That only proved that I was right. He had waited for me to reach out after our first encounter but I never did. Christopher had always been a winning obsessed freak. I know he hated that while he waited for me to reach out, I had moved on with my life. However, back then, he would rather lose than play dirty. He had so many opportunities to play dirty during school debates and sport games to win, but he never did. It was strange how a kid who although loved winning, would rather lose than play dirty, could have grown into what he now was. Sure, his mother could have been a big influence but I was sure being a business man had changed him from the kid I knew him to be. Christopher had all the connections to frame me and he used them. He also had all the connections to help me but instead of using them, he took the opportunity to get me to sign his contract. I was so mad after I had put the pieces together but I knew that being angry couldn't change anything now. I had signed the contract and had exchanged my freedom for my dignity. Sitting and wallowing in self pity wasn't going to change anything. Instead of doing all that, I was going to have the time of my life. Two years was enough for me to make as much money as I could from the contract and also make Christopher pay for daring to frame me.... and I could finally get back at him for his foolishness years ago. He probably thought I had forgotten or I was going to let it slide. Maybe I might have if he hadn't framed me. He was no longer the nerdy timid kid from middle school which meant I didn't have to be merciful. I could exert my revenge anyway I pleased. I was thinking thinking of where to begin from when the meeting with his mother popped up. That bitch wouldn't know what hit her. She would regret ever being a party to my expulsion. She and her son were going to wish I never became Christopher's contract wife. I had the most peaceful sleep ever just thinking of how the meeting will play out. The next morning, as expected, Charles reached out to me with the information regarding the stylist Christopher had spoken about. Apparently, he didn't just want me in a pretty gown, he wanted an entire transformation. Christopher had booked a spa session for me and had ordered so many beauty products, I could practically start up a business. He was so busy doing everything to make sure that I pleased his mother. It was hard to believe that he had actually believed my words and thought I was going to 'behave'. I guess that nerdy timid kid was still there after all. "Good morning, Liam." I put on my brightest smile as I approached the car. Charles wasn't present so Liam did not bother trying to be respectful. He proudly wore the irritated expression on his face. "You're still whoring around." He didn't open the door for me as he should. He just stood there, glaring at me with so much hatred. "And you're still ungrateful. I offered you money to feed your family but you refused it. I should have gotten you fired but out of my kindness, I still let you drive me. You're losing that kindness, Liam. I don't think you want to know what it's like to lose that kindness." Like the fool that he was, Liam only laughed at my words. He thought this was a joke. He really thought he could do as he pleased even while working under me. "You whored your way into being in this house. You must be delusional to even think that you can do as you please just because you've become another man's plaything. I guess even Prison could not make you sensible." He came closer to me, "You are a pathetic loser. That's all you've ever been and that's all you'll ever be." I tightened my fists in order to ensure that they stayed by my side. Firing Liam and sending him off will only inflate his ego and make me seem weak. So I wasn't going to do that. I didn't care how much more of his insults I had to endure, I was going to wait and bid for the perfect time. When I do get back at Liam for betraying me the way that he did, I wanted it to be so deep, he would not be able to recover from it. "If you're done venting your anger, I have a Spa appointment and I'm running late." I didn't wait for whatever he was going to say next. I helped myself with the car door and got in. Surprisingly, he was quiet all through the drive to the Spa. Of course, he occasionally glared through the rear view mirror but he didn't say another word to me. When we got to the Spa, he helped me with the door and stood outside while I went in. Whatever V.I.P treatment Christopher paid for, it was worth it. I was given preferential treatments and the other women at the Spa made it clear that they not okay with it. The Spa therapists treated me with so much respect, I felt like royalty. I was almost tempted to show up then leave immediately without getting the treatment he paid for, just to spite him but I changed my mind after seeing how well they treated me. It felt good to be treated so well after being in prison for almost five years. I nearly forgot what it felt like being in prison, just being here. "You look beautiful, Miss Davies." One of the ladies complimented me with a smile on her face. I knew she was only smiling because Christopher has no doubt paid them a fortune but I smiled back and thanked her. As I made my way to the bathroom to reapply my lipgloss, I saw more of the women who had been overlooked the moment I walked into the Spa. They did not look pleased. "That's her." I heard them whisper to themselves. I held my Head high and refused to pay them any attention. "She's definitely a high class prostitute. I'm sure of it." One lady whispered loud enough for me to hear. "I totally agree! I mean, no other lady was given the same treatment, not even the elite Princesses. There's absolutely no way she could have commanded such level of respect without having a wealthy man behind her." Another lady agreed loudly. It was like they were purposely being loud so I could hear them and react. If only they knew I had been through worse things than being called a prostitute. I finished with my business and they were still whispering and gossiping about me. When I still didn't give them the reaction they wanted, one of the ladies walked up to me. "Excuse me," From the pitch of her voice, I could easily tell she was one of those women who brought other women down just to make themselves feel better. "Can I help you?" I tried my best to be as polite as I could be. Soon, I will be identified with Christopher as his wife. I didn't want to ruin things for him just because I couldn't control my anger and disgust for one woman. I was better than that. "You look quite familiar." She tapped her chin as if thinking of the place where she might have seen me. She suddenly snapped her fingers, pretending to remember something, "You were at Sun City club last night. I remember seeing you with....." "Sun City?" It wasn't hard pretending not to know the place as I had really never heard of it. "I have never been there but it sure sounds like a nice spot for relaxation." I sighed and looked at my watch, feigning disappointment. "I hate to leave but I have to go. I have so much to do at work before my date with my boyfriend." I walked away then stopped at the door. "Thank you for the recommendation, though. I'll be sure to check it out. Actually, I'll put that on the list of date ideas to try out with my boyfriend. Enjoy the rest of your day." I spent seconds twisting the doorknob, opening the door and then took my sweet time walking out of the bathroom. Despite all that time wasted, not even one person spoke. They must have been so shocked to meet a rich bitch who didn't act like a brat. Did they really think one stupid question from someone who didn't even seem so smart, was going to get me offended? Liam helped me with the door, looking even angrier as he drove off to my next destination. Once again, Christopher had paid a fortune to get me preferential treatment. The moment I introduced myself, a lot of the shop attendants rushed over to me, vying so hard for my attention. The hours passed by like a blur and I almost fell asleep at some point. The dress for the meeting with Christopher's mother wasn't currently available but he wanted me to change my entire wardrobe before announcing that he had something to do with me. I didn't get to meet the stylist Christopher spoke about...... actually, I was sure he did not let me meet with the person because he was scared of what I might do. After spending almost four hours shopping, I was drained and ready to crawl into my bed. On my way out, my heel caught the edge of a broken part of the floor and before I could steady myself, I lost my footing and fell to the floor. Actually, almost fell to the floor. A pair of strong hands had pulled me back and saved me from falling. For a moment, I could not recover from the very slight miss at embarrassing myself in front of the shop attendants. All I could hear was the thunder of my own heartbeat as my fingers gripped the shirt of my savior. "Hey," A masculine voice that was so warm and so smooth, filled my ears, finally snapping me out of the shock. I looked up at the most beautiful pair of grey eyes I had ever seen. His lips stretched into a smile that should not make me lose my breath. "Hey," My brain could not put together sensible words that would make a meaningful sentence so I just mirrored his. He laughed- it was bright and carefree. He laughed like he was chatting with an old friend and not a total stranger. "You're welcome." Even as he spoke, he didn't take his hands off me. "Ummm....." I finally returned to my senses. Hesitantly, I pulled away from him. Heat flushed my cheeks and I struggled to look at his face. "I'm sorry about....all this. Thank you. Really, thank you." Why did I have to embarrass myself like this? He laughed again. When I still wouldn't walk away or look at him, he tilted my head up with his finger to look at him. "You're welcome, Mademoiselle." He gave me another beautiful smile before walking away. For several minutes, I just stood there, reminiscing on the way the French word had rolled off his tongue, effortlessly..... intimately. I don't know how long I stood there, watching him as he disappeared into the shop. I only returned to reality when Liam walked up to me with that angry look on his face. I spent the rest of the day thinking about my Savior and getting off of myself remembering what his voice sounded like. Oh, what I would give to see him again. Hopefully, I could find him in Christopher's world.Christopher The shocked look on Allison's face made me even more curious about her interest in my cousin.I could tell that she hadn't just seen him tonight and admired him.She had met him before tonight."The contract mentioned that I was allowed to be with whoever I wanted." I remembered her words from the day we met. When she mentioned being with whoever she wanted to be with, was she referring to Matthieu?I tightened my hold on her and pulled her even closer,"Matthieu, this is my girlfriend, Allison." Summoning his charm, Matthieu replicated Charles' annoying bow, placing one hand over his chest while holding out the other one for Allison.Beaming, she placed her hand in his.Of course, even Allison could not resist Matthieu. He always had that effect on women, every woman- even old women."It's an honor to meet you tonight, Mademoiselle." He brought her hand to his lips while maintaining eye contact with her. Before his lips would touch her hand, I yanked it away from him.
Allison Rosalind looked like someone had just poured a bucket of ice on her.She glared at me with so much hatred, I might as well have burned to the ground."Your guests might find it rude of you to keep your son's girlfriend waiting outside the party. Don't you think, Rosalind?" I knew she hated being called by her full name so I called her by her full name."It's Rose." She pronounced each word precisely which was a waste of precious time.I will always refer to her as Rosalind."It's getting late, mom. We should return to the party." Unlike me, Christopher was very careful with his choice of words around his mother.Without waiting for a response from her, Christopher wrapped his arm around me and walked into the party. It was refreshing seeing her unable to react the way she wanted to because she couldn't ruin the evening for her son.Safe to say I had Rosalind wrapped around my finger for the night."You said it was just dinner with your mother, Christopher. Who are all these p
Allison The stylist was still working on my makeup when I heard Christopher's voice from the living room.I didn't expect him to come pick me up himself."Don't move," The stylist scolded me in his thick Italian accent, titling my chin back toward the mirror.I had almost forgotten that he was still working on my face."You'll have your man all to yourself tonight. A little control for now won't hurt." He winked before moving to stand behind me.Man?I'm sorry, did he just refer to Christopher as my man?"Gross." I muttered under my breath, irritated that in a few weeks, the whole world would see him as my man.I had never felt so disgusted in my entire life."Did you say something?" His eyes shone with curiosity."No, ignore it." I smiled at him, hoping he really hadn't heard me.He adjusted a final curl and pinned it perfectly into place.Dramatically, he stepped back to adore his work, "Magnifica!"Indeed, his work was magnificent.I could barely recognize myself.Gone was the ord
Christopher I called the Spa and the dress shop to make sure Allison had actually showed up.Surprisingly, she did show.Bonus point, she didn't cause a scene."Has she complained about Liam?" I asked Charles as we drove into my estate."Not yet, Sir. But I doubt she's comfortable having him around." He was still bothered by Liam."As long as she's not complaining, she's comfortable. If there's one thing I know about Allison, it's that she's very vocal about her beliefs, likes and dislikes. So if she's not worried then you shouldn't be."Charles didn't speak on the matter any further even though he obviously didn't agree with me.When he had parked the car, I got out and walked into the mansion. As expected, my daughter was already waiting for me at the door."Daddy!" She ran toward me with her tiny arms stretched out for a hug.I scooped her in my arms and spun around, enjoying the way she giggled."Someone's really happy." I kissed her cheek as I made my way to the kitchen."I had

Christopher The next day, after I finished up with work, I visited Allison.I hated to but I needed to have her ready to meet my mother.I wouldn't have had to do so with any other girl, but Allison wasn't of this world and I could not jeopardize my only chance at correcting my mistake."My mother has someone tailing me." I told Charles from the back seat as I angrily flipped through the news.More reporters, bloggers....hell! Even teenagers almost had my face all over the Internet with headlines of my alleged scandal. Some reported that I had gotten married and then had a divorce.A few others reported that I had a one night stand with a pauper and then refused to father the child.I had never been so grateful for rich privileges. The news about me never got published because before they did, I found a way to make them disappear. In the business world, it was important to have such connection.Unlike other normal citizens, the elites and business moguls knew what would be printed on
