“Good morning everyone,” Max yells coming into the Beta Floor dining room. “It’s Rebecca’s 18th birthday. So no one is going to the dining hall today. We are eating in here as a family.”

The table is covered in delicious foods and the entire Killgon family is round the table. Eleven year old Kelly was holding seven year old Kelvin’s hand as he climbs up to a seat.

“Thanks sissy!” Kelvin beams at her.

“I want to talk to everyone about the mate bond,” Vicki says. “Everyone listen closely. When the goddess chooses our mates she does so that we are protected and loved. It may be surprising who she chooses but you have to trust her. When you find your mate you will want to be touched by them all the time. But remember to have conversations, listen to them, not just their physical needs need to met, you have to meet their emotional needs. Now one day you are going to fight with your mate. It’s okay, it’s normal. Just do it behind closed doors. And remember above all that the goddess does not make mistakes.”

“Can you still find someone attractive and be attracted to someone who is not your mate?” Rebecca asks.

“Of course you still have eyes, emotions and hormones,” mom answers, “but remember to treasure the mate bond. Your mate will know if you are with someone else, so don’t cross the line.”

“I want to be mated to Alpha,” 15 year old Anna declares.

“Haha- well we shall see, in three years!” Max laughs. “I wish all of you could mate in Pack. Then we could all be together.”

“I want to be mated to this really hot shewolf in math class,” Sam declares in lust.

“Hate to bust your bubble there Anna Banana, but if Alpha’s not mated to you then I really think he is intended for Little Kells.” Mary says.

“No way!”” Kelly says. “I don’t want to be a Luna Luna’s have to submit and I’ll never to that.”

“Everyone submits to their mates, male and female. We all submit little one,” Vicki smiles.

“Not me no way. It’s my way or no way,” Kelly declares taking a huge bite of bacon.

“You”ll see little bit,” Max winks. “When it’s your mate you won’t mind submitting”

“Yeah I disagree,” Kelly says.
