"I know you're awake" I hear the stool scraping on the floor, I keep my eyes shut and breathing steady.

I sense his warmth beside me.

After Ray left I knew Salvatore would visit but I wasn't ready to meet him so I decided to act asleep, he caught me at first glance.

"Daisy" he sighs, I stop my breathing so I don't move even an inch, he stays quiet, I can feel the building pressure in my chest.

I shouldn't had stopped my breathing, now I'm actually dying.

Go! Go!! I need to breath, my conscious screams at him.

"You're all blue, breath" there's a hint of amusement in his voice, I exhale out a loud breath, my eyes open wide, this was a terribe idea.

My head feels dizzy for a moment, I take deep breaths, thank God for air.

"Are you done?" He asks impatiently, I realize he's still here, I turn my head to the other side, not wanting to see him.
