I swallowed hard the moment I heard Quinn driving out and deepened my hands in my hair in an even deeper regret. "asshole."

I cursed and hurried back to the table. Just as I sit down, I hear another car driving in and I close my book at once.

"That asshole is back " I cursed again as I got of the table and hurried down the corridor to meet Diego.

Before I got to the staircase, he was already walking through the hall.

"Diego Enricho." My voice in a deep and dry tone echoes down to him.

"Where's Quinn?" He asks as the door shuts behind him.

"He just got out." I say and he makes a short turn before stopping. "How are you doing, Lucia?"

"Oh, I'm doing great." I fold my arms and my expression goes bitter and he saw it. Slowly he turns to leave and stops.

He sighs and as if changing his mind, he walks towards the staircase.

I keep watching him as he climbs the stairs. "Look, Lucia. I know you think I'm evil or something but what I did to Martinez is what should be done!"

    Jane's p o v Slowly, with legs that had become too weak to stand, I walked slowly out of the building. All that filled my head was the image of Diego on that poor man. As I neared the car, I missed a step on my black stiletto and almost fell until I placed a hand on the car for support and clenched the purse in my fist.After a while, I hear Diego's footsteps behind me and I wait till he unlocks the vehicle and he climbed in to sit next to me.He starts the car and I don't say anything at all. Behind the thick black curtains, he led me to a seat.
