A week later

The words of Daniel lingered the entire night, I was going to be meeting Liam’s father tonight months after we got married but It seemed like I was not ready.

“Emelia?” Liam’s voice came from the bedroom bringing me back to reality, my outfit was ready for the night but I wasn’t.

“IS everything okay?”

He asked, worry written all over his face as I smiled vividly nodding my head as I approached the wardrobe to pick up the clothes I was going to wear. Looking at how hot he looked in his black tuxedo and white shirt made me wonder if I was the woman for him

“You are not ready?” he asked me and I nodded my head approaching where he was standing. ‘Yes. I was just thinking of what will happen when your father meets me. I mean we have never actually meant before” I said to him as he smiled coming closer to me wrapping his arms around me as h looked into my eyes.

“I think it doesn’t matter what he thinks of you. What matters is that I am with you and you are with me”
