A Beautiful Love Story

"Melanie!!" Lewis gritted immediately the doctor stepped out. She squealed in fear as he took slow strides to her. 

She held tightly to the bed sheet wishing so badly to fly away

The look of his face is terribly scary. His eyes were blood shot red and face freakishly red

"I thought Brandon had your damn womb removed !?!"he barked balling his fist tight

"T...that what he said. B..but I..I dunno" she muttered nervously

Lewis glared at her before running his fingers through his hair. He cursed slightly before banging the table with his fist

"You never even bothered to take pills!?,Melanie!..." he drawled and slapped his forehead lightly

"A..am sorry. N..no one has ever c... came in me before "she stuttered huge beads of sweat rolling down her forehead

The room became tensed and suffocating;With Melanie mind clouded with surprise that he's letting her keep the baby

Never in her wildest dreams did she think he'll....be so considerate!

It's not a new thing he would agree for the abortion to take place despite her life being on the line

But today

In the hospital room,he allowed her live. 

"Who took you for am abortion?" he asked sliently,the anger in his eyes made her heart sink

"It was Tikka right?" Melanie gluped down nothing feeling a cold sting on her spine

She made to say something but nothing came out

"Oh gawd" Melanie laid flat on the bed with so many different thoughts running in her mind

Slowly,her fingers made contact with her tummy. Absent-mindedly,she smiled lightly and trailed her flat tummy

"Gonna be a mother very soon. Oh Savior "she inhaled hard and her mind drifted to Tikka

"I pray he doesn't harm her. "

Graveyard Cartel**

"Tikka !!"Lewis thundered with rage blinding his eyes. He caught sight of Tikka rushing in and without giving a second thought shot her arm

"Lord Lewis "she winced watching blood run down her arm 

Members of the cartel that were present moved outta the way

He just shot one of the finest fighter without giving a damn thought,no one wants to die that quickly

"How dare you!?" he gritted yanking her hair. Her glasses fell on the floor and he stumped on it ; shattering it to pieces

He made her stand up not minding her painful wince

"You took her for a faulty abortion!? Are you mad !?"he barked making sure to drag her hair the more

"Apologise "she said sharply,her skull hurting as hell

"Damn you Tikka!" he grunted letting her fall on the floor

'You could have informed me first! But no!,now I have to keep the damn baby cos of your bloody mistake" he rasped glaring hard at her

He would have wasted her but Tikka is different

She's saved his life once and that alone made him respect her

"Fuvking shît. Fûck!" he spat and left the cartel. He got into his car and drove off headed for brøthel

"So that was bust ?"Eros said from behind. She lifted her eyes to look at him briefly

"How's your arm ?"Eros voice resounded again

"Fuvking leave "Tikka said plainly. Her right arm has already been bandaged pretty nicely. She's finding it hard to see cos of her damaged glass

She walked over to a drawer and brought out another one

Diverting her back to Eros, she found him leaning against the wall with a deep scorn on his face

"You said she'll abort the child "he stated glaring at her

"And should you eat up your damn feelings for her" she retorted grabbing a gun

"Tikka she can't_"

'Lord Lewis has already accepted the baby. What else are you talking about?,you having Melanie is like a dream. A bad dream" she picked up her gun and tucked it into her pocket

"We're having a drug exchange with the Mexicans. Be there" she said and grabbed her coat. 

Tikka made sure to hit shoulders with him before leaving the room

"She'll be mine" Eros muttered to himself and left also

"You fûcked with me right?" Lewis lit up a cigarette returning the gaze Brandon gave to him

"Tch,what are you talking about Lewis?" he asked with a side scoffed

"Did Melanie get her womb removed?"

"Of course she did. Why are .."

A gun shot interrupted his statement and slience stepped in

"You lied,you never had her womb removed did you ?"Lewis questioned

"I couldn't. Melanie was bound to me mine and mine alone. But I sold her to you cos I needed money. "Brandon replied

"Why?" Lewis asked again simply

"I wanted to marry her "

Next Morning**

"Laine you're okay!" Michelle sniffed for the tenth times

"Michelle?" Melanie gazed at her and couldn't help but notice she's sick

Her eyes were extremely red and her lips quivering cos of cold

"You'e sick "Melanie observed and she sneezed

"G.. guess so" she replied shaking due to cold. Lewis walked down the stairs in only his pants and singlet. 

His abs were visibly making Melanie look away so that she doesn't drool. 

Yesterday, after he came back from where he went,he picked her from the hospital and drove back home

But since then

He hasn't uttered a word to her

"You're sick,go home. I'll take care of the mansion "Melanie said as she sniffed again

"No Laine, you're pregnant. You don't need s..."she sneezed loudly gaining Lewis attention

"Go home Michelle. "He ordered and she nodded

She gave Melanie a hug before scurrying to the maids quarters

Melanie quickly dashed to the kitchen and soon came back with a tray containing breakfast

She set the table and made to leave but Lewis halted her

"Stay and eat "he stated closing his laptop

He stood and walked to the dinning table. He settled on a seat and dung into his meal

Melanie heart raced settling next to him. She picked up the marble syrup with shaky hands

Due to her nervousness,it slapshed all over her 

"What's your problem ?"he asked lowly not looking at her

"A...am sorry "she apologized sharply

"You're not eating. Look I don't care if you starve yourself to death but make sure my baby is okay!" He rasped and she gluped down nothing

"A..am_"

"Don't say it, eat "he said coldly

She inhaled lightly and then took a bite. For some reason she spat the food out

It tasted so bitter!

"Am sorry,I...I..it tasted terribe "she mumbled

"But you made it yourself ?!"he gritted

"I..I know but I ..I don't want it "

"Then what do you want!?" Lewis half yelled. The doctor told him to limit the way he shouted at her

She's really sensitive,if she gets depressed;It'll affect the baby in her womb

"M..m.. maybe a banana "she muttered gazing at the floor

"Michelle..., shît!, she already left" he whispered the last part and stood

Lewis walked gingerly to the kitchen and brought back a banana

"Thank you so much. Thank you" she rushed her words collecting it from him

She peeled the skin and then took a bite. Once the banana touch her tongue she spat it out

"Melanie" he balled his fist getting angry

"Am sorry, but I can really go for some raspberries" Melanie said

"A...are you ordering me around?" he asked and her eyes beamed

"Of course not,no. I can't,am sorry. Am_"

"It's enough". He cut her off walking to the kitchen

"Jeez, someone should please tell me she's in her 8th month". He muttered getting tired

"How will I even survive this?"
