Kenzie's POVWe are on our way to Alpha and Luna's cabin and the tension in the car is overwhelming. The party ended at eleven o'clock and now we are on our way to our 'alpha and luna honeymoon'. Luna suggested that we go last minute and I thinking that she caught onto the bad vibes between Aiden and I. We have not spoken since we left and I really don't care anymore. Kenzie's POV"Stop." I say giggling as he keeps on kissing up my neck. We just got out the shower and Aiden is in a great mood. Kenzie's POVI wake up to people talking around me and a numbing pain all over my body. A whimper leaves me due to the the pain I feel when I try to move my legs. "Hey, hey. You have to be still, honey. Relax." I hear a voice familiar to Alex's speak. I feel her rubbing my hair but I can't actually see her. Blurry figures is all I can see. "Aiden?" I call softly and my heart starts racing once I feel a dull ache in my chest. "Aiden!?" I yell out to him but nobody answers. "Where is Aiden!? Where is my mate!?" I scream as I blindly look around the room. Not being able to see anything only adds on to the frustration and anger. Ignoring the pain I lift my heavy arms and legs only to be held down. "Let go of me! I want Aiden!" I keep yelling."Doctor, can we give her something to calm her down." I hear somebody ask with urgency in their voice. I soon feel a sharp sting in my arm and a loud howl leaves me. "FUCKING LET GO!" I yell in pure rage and pain as the ache in my chest grows.

Kenzie's POV"What are you doing dumbass. You have to catch it not run from it." Aiden yells from across the soccer field. "Well forgive me for wanting to keep my head on my shoulders. You kick like a freaking...like a freaking... I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT!" I yell in frustration and he starts laughing. "Stop it." I whine with a pout on my lips. Aiden's POVI don't know how long I've been here but I know that it has been days. They have given me food twice which is hardly enough for me to keep my strength up but they know that. They are being supposedly smart about this and I have to give it to them. All I'm waiting for is the moment one of them slips up. I've tried finding a way out but the most room is lined with silver and wolfsbane which makes it impossible to hear or touch anything near the door or windows. Zeus is weak from the silver and lack of food but he still responds now and then. The door opens loudly but I don't look up as the repulsive smell hits my nostrils. "Wake up, dick brain." Beji's annoying voice rings in my ear and I growl at him. "You'd be wise to have a little more respect then that, mutt, for you'd be sorry when I get my hands on you." I say looking up slowly just in time to see the fear in his eyes before he tries to cover it."You're not getting out alive so you can only dream of killing me."

Kenzie's POVI take the towel out of the cool water and wring it out before pressing it against Aiden's burning body.It has been four days since we got him back and he has yet to wake up. The doctor said that he has silver poisoning and that the wolfsbane was slowly shutting down his body. His organs might start shutting down if he doesn't start showing signs of recovery. The poison is slowly killing him. If we had waited 30 minutes or more to get him to the doctor, he would've died. That thought alone makes me sick to my stomach. I have tried to shake it off but it bothers me. It had been so easy for that Hellhound to find us, who says other threats are not lurking. Well of course they are but how did they know where to find us. I've started becoming so paranoid that I wouldn't let anybody but Aiden's parents and our friends come near him. Aiden's POVI wake up in a dark room with my sleeping mate cuddled up to me. My heart rate spikes at the sight of her and a beeping noise draws my attention to the side. I look at the heart rate monitor that is hooked up and I furrow my brows. There is a needle from an IV in my arm. What the hell is going on?I slowly pull the needle out and remove the peg from my finger. My body screams in pain with every move I make and I lowly groan.
