“Do you think father is alright?” Ariana asked her mother during the second break on their way to the capital. They left Salstar two days ago and her father once again stayed behind. Ariana worried about him even more than she worried about herself. Her mother forbade her from shifting so for the past two days she has taken turns on the back of wolves’ warriors, isolated with her thoughts.Peter didn’t return to them the entire time they spent in Salstar.
