Chapter 6

A loud sound was heard and Lucas almost freezes to death as the bullet flew past his ear to the wall.

The bullet create a hole within the wall while Baron musk stared at Lucas in happiness. Lucas was scared and when he realized he has sold himself out by displaying his weakness.

He frowned his face and twitched his mouth and formed a fake smile.

“You have a nice gun.” Lucas commented.

“Oh, thanks anyway. Was going to use it on my enemy, who think they can outshine me with their weak and dirty plans.” Baron musk uttered.

“Why do you think you have an enemy and also thinks that someone is trying to outshine you.” Lucas demanded.

“Because, it is what it is.” Baron musk replied.

“It is what it is,” Lucas repeated after him in a low voice while nodding his head. “Oh, I see, everyone has an enemy? But you know this is a wolf pack and wolfsbane is a deadly, lethal weapon to us.”

He paused within his breath, “why have that to yourself?” He demanded.

“Because, it is what it is boy.”
